A little something something I did at work while waiting around for more work to come my way. I know the anatomy isn't very good but I did want him to be a little strange in that aspect. I do need to do more life drawing. It took me a few hours so it doesn't belong in the speedpainting thread. Enjoy and please give me any crits you can think of. Thanks.

the presence of more feathers, on his right shoulder, along with the perspective on the right arm make it seem as if he's weighted down on that side, when from the perspective, it looks like it should appear the opposite. his expanded arm length looks as if it'd be about equal to his legs, although you acknowledged you were going for something like that. also, with the light source apparently coming from low and behind him, more shadows on the right forearm and maybe fingers would help.

the use of a green hue for the whole image works good though., and the right half of the character (from viewer perspective) looks very nice. the constrast between the figure and the bg is sharp. creative concept, too, i might add.

I wonder why there are only so few replies to this topic. I thinks the picture looks nice and the concept is very fresh and interesting!

As crits I would like to point out that his knees and elbows seem to be quite weirdly formed. And i would get a closer look on his hand, wrist and arms. His fingers are starting too close to his wrist and the lower part of his left arm seem to be too long. The outer side of his right hand wrist is also oddly shaped.

(SolarC) Thanks for the crits on the anatomy. I'm really bad at it. I keep meaning to do more life drawing but never seem to get motivated enough. Bad form on my part Embarassed

I really like how his right knee (The one on owr left) turned out though. I know it's all strange but I really like its shape.
