i dont know if you all recognize who that person is!mike myers is his name , the most know him as austin powers m,but in a complete different look .
i am not very satisfied with the backgorund , looks a bit dull., so if you guys have any suggestion ,please let me know.but please keep in mind that i use an ordinary mouse.
critics are very welcomed!

any suggestion how to improve the hairs or the background?

I think this is a really solid looking portrait. Very nicely done, especially with a mouse. From what I can see, the hair works fine. I think it's appropriate for Mike Myers crazy character.

As far as background, maybe you can take an element from something Mike Myers is known for... Wayne's World, Dieter, Austin Powers... or just put him on a sound stage or a movie set or something. Maybe even just some klieg lights.
