here's a drawing i did for myself last night. it's a selfportrait and some random girl. this is the kind of drawing that i love to do. it gets repetitive to look at, but i never tire of drawing people like this. the background is a photo of mine that i stuck back there to save it from the dreaded white background. but i was too tired to do anything better.



and here's some work in progress. for all the people that dig that kind of stuff.

Im not crazy about the backgorund... but the characters are great.

self portrait and a "random girl" hey hamilton?...hehe..(im so immature..)
anyway..something constructive..with the chicks hips, the weight looks as though to be on her left leg, so perhaps you could exaggerate the movement of her hip by bringing the left side of the hip up and the right side down just to give it a little more dynamics.
Just a thought, great work nevertheless.

wicked style! the only thing i can point out is that it looks a bit like you are stabbing yourself with your hand, temple of doom style.

the line art and shading kicks ass. my only complaint is the lines get a little messy on your right foot (on the left of the photo) towards the tip
