Here is the link to some videos using various steps during speedpaintings.
You'll need DIVX!
Those were made during the process of backing up my work (for each painting I save from 4 to 15 steps to be able to come back at any time).

was interesting, of course it still hides a lot, but gives an idea of your way to deal with an image. i have to say its very analytical in a way that you add one variable at a time and thus have nice control over what appears on the canvas. my chaotic way of working could use some of that.
