The best thing you can do is go to the following forum:
http://www.critical-depth.com/cgi-bin/idd/ and look there. There are several Painter hard users that have tutorials at their webs.
Specially take a look at Jin's site (you'll find the URL at her signature at that forum, nearly in every post *she is a really helpful artist*). It is an unvaluable font of wisedom about Painter, and has tons of tuts at her website.
