Really nice work there, love the shading.

Only thing that comes into mind is that the ear, which is way too far up and to the right.

...maybe you might want to add some shoulders or something ? I guess your choice to not include them is deliberate but well I would prefer it with shoulders.

neither do I. But an anime/comic/maybe even charicature painting should also be anatomical right, proportions etc. Otherwise it looks silly...
