well the main prob I see is that it looks like her spine is completely straight instead of curved. also her right breast seems to be positioned higher than her left breast.

I'll leave the other critique to others if they see anything in it I really like the concept of the pic, especially the legs. Nice colouring too. Just keep practicing propotions

i know what you mean, but this was actually purposely done that way. i tried making her pose slightly more interesting by making the shoulders tilt a bit and twist the body slightly =>one breast being higher than the other and the back looking kinda stiff.
lol, i feel really ashamed now that the picture looks so out ^__^;
