Hi All,
With all of the other amazing art here, I've been a little nervous about posting. But, that's no way to learn, so here's something.
This is only my fourth digital piece, done with a mouse. Any constructive criticism I can take with me to my next piece would be appreciated. Letting me know what I did right will help too.
I used two different reference pics to get the facial features. (and I know the mirror angle is waaaaaay off).

well first it looks like you just tried to cut a shortcut with the mirror on a peice you obviously spent a bunch of time on.... :P
anyways I like the pic over all, especially the face, although I feel that it need definition.. and highlights on the cloth and stronger shadows.. dont be afraid to use dark colors for deep shadows. I bet with higher contrast and a second lightsource
(maybe a blue hue or even a red) you sould get the effect you're looking for.
something along these lines, although I touched this up in about 5 minutes.. so its not great... I just wanted to get the point across. :P
