- Pic of a sniper...but some how it dosent look right...kinda gay
any suggestions will be koolz...

- also ummm how come most people paint pic with out using the smudge tool(as you can see i over used it), and yet they plend the colors pretty well.
Anyways is smudging not considered as painting?...

- Should i stick to my smudging style...or learn the "pro" style of paint brush blending thingy-majig...

i can spot one problem. why the hell does the sniper have a shotgun?! and second of all, all that makes him a sniper right now is your callling him one. so he might as well be Bubba the Angry Truck Driver. where's the ghillie suit? where's the high-powered rifle?

I like the warm desaturated color scheme. But like the others said, make him look more like a sniper! Also, when I think of sniper, I think of a tall skinny guy. Just my preference, but he's looking a little bit to much like a hobbit if you ask me

if it's not a finished piece it should not be in this part of the forum. 'work in progress' would be more appropriate.

"its just a rough pic man..take it easy..."

that line just threw away all the helpful critique to the garbage.

A skilled military shooter detailed to spot and pick off enemy soldiers from a concealed place.

It can still fly in my book.

i like how the cloth is rendered and i like the weird thing covering his hand. that's neat. i think the thing that may make this image a tad bland is the pose. try redoing it in a sneak position or aiming at something. that should give it a bunch more quality i think.

even this pose could be more dramatic but you get what i mean i hope hehe
