I was inspired to draw this after my friend had reminded me of that Cake song, here's the result...kinda looks like my friend

I had a look at your page as well. All of your stuff is extremely pleasing and imaginative. On top of that it's rather inspiring. Makes me wanna blow the dust of my sketch book.

i like it a lot, but i have 1 crit. the jacket seems to mask the form... when drawing girls you want to go emphesize the curves a lot, and i think the jacket hides the great body you've got going on undernieth it. i think it would look better if the jacket was tied tight around her waist or something like that.

Yeah the jacket is looking like it's floating in mid air when it should be softly resting on her body. High heels would be another good idea too, since she is wearing a short skirt and all. I like the lines, and face you put on her  |
