That's a sketch? Can you tell us how long something like this takes? and do you plan out your drawings before you start?

OK I will stop with the fanboy questions and add a quick crit. I have always enjoyed your limited color use. I think here, that it seems to br alittle arbitrary. I like the color in the design elements, but in the armor it seems to be more distracting than practical.
Keep up the amazing work, you are really gifted.

Wow, this board continues to attract the best. Sketch? SKETCH? hah. Very funny.
Beautiful work as usual. I think we would all like a quick explanation of your style, it's something that's confounded me for years. (but I'll understand if you don't want to divulge that info, after all, can't have too many clones running around out there...

). Damn, I'd love to critique it and try to help you improve, but I'm having a damn hard time finding any room in your work for improvement. (besides, I'm not sure you're looking for a crit anyways.)

Please keep posting more work (and when I say that, I think I'm speaking for everyone here.)

When I saw the name on the post I was doubtful, but as soon as I saw your signature style, I knew you were the real deal.

The thing I noticed was the breastplate on Zealot. It seems to not wrap around her torso enough. Is this what you intended?

Who the hell am I to be giving you critiques? Maybe I should just shut-up.

Ok Quasar I'll shuddup, but if this was the real Travis Charest I'm sure he wouldn't mind my scepticism. I'm sure he also wouldn't like people impersonating him and posting his art as their own so I can't see how I'm doing him any harm. I'm just a little sceptical because even I can go to www.travischarestgallery.com and post a random image and claim it as my own.

Zorglub - I'm a bit skeptical too. I mean why would a world renowned comicbook artist join a forum to show artwork/get critiqes.
A) he's gotten enough exposure through his huge webpage: http://www.travischarestgallery.com/
B) he's also gotten unprecidented exposure through the comic books he's worked on, mainly wildc.a.t.s and wildcats.

Also, this piece sold for over $2700 on ebay see it here. which makes me wonder why show it on this forum.

I wonder why he wouldn't post some "scetch" that no one has seen before just to verify it's him.

lastly, you'd think a person who has devoted his life to art would know how to spell "sketch".
