i hope it's alright to post this in this forum...anyway, this was done fairly quickly (anywhere from 30-50 minutes or so). please ignore anatomical issues or problems with the features (i didn't even draw ears)...it was just a really quick sketch so i could try to practice lighting...it feels a little too light in value all around to me...i am not sure if that is a problem. i am hoping some people who know a lot about colors and stuff can help me out. this was an attempt to put all of the things i have learned about color theory to practice. anyway, enough babble, please give crits:

| I would lose the black sketch layer. That is to powerful to give you some good ideas from my view. Someone else may see differently. |
