nice picture, my only critique would have to be that his left our right side of the face appears to stick out ---> too far. Pull it in a bit, and turn the nose slightly more towards us, it appears to be shifted to his left our right too much, his left our right nostril should be more visible than it is. |

i really don't think the photo background works. it usually doesn't with stuff like this.
the hair looks really unfinished. there are a bunch of hair-drawing tutorials around, altho i don't have any links. the key is to think of hair as a mass, rather than as individual strands.
other than that, two more quick points. try to avoid dodge/burn for shading. and i think it's the mouth that's throwing off the face a bit. it looks like the mouth is a wee bit twisted outwards in relation to the rest of the face.
