As always, the hair needs work. Any crits? Anyone have any tips for painting nice hair? thanks. Oh, and the picture is of an actor, can you tell who?

looks like julianne moore to me.. but Im not sure why the bloodshot eyes.. kinda creepy that way if youask me.. still, its a really good picture..

Thanks. I did another one of Julianne quite a while ago, too. I think the hair is even more shameful:

I should try to fix the hair one day.

Awetopsy, sometimes I just draw the blood vessels in a character's eyes. Usually I do them a pinker colour rather than the candy-apple red you see in my recent one.
