Steven Spielburg was involved in this game's creation, so it's no surprise there are elements taken directly from Saving Private Ryan.

Incredible game! Wolfenstien was nice too of course but just didn't have the UMPH I thought it would have. Medal of Honor on the other hand not only looks better (IMO) but it's also way more addictive.

Right now I'm in some small village FILLED with german snipers. Worst of all...I have no idea where the HECK they are. I pretty much lose most of my life just running across the street! Bah, I'll get em somehow.

I didn't like Wolfenstein. It felt like well made cheese to me. The stupid "Hollywood German" they spoke annoyed the hell out of me. I really hate how Americans do that to other people's cultures.

MOH's multiplayer demo was much fun. That rocket launcher is great! I get so absorbed hunting snipers down with it that I don't see the enemy creeping up with a shotgun. . ..

spooge demon: What about upgrading to Windows 2000? It's based on the NT kernel, lets you play DirectX games and would possibly be more stable.

I'll probably play it when I'm done with Civilization 3 - as well as Rez on the Dreamcast (awesome game if you're into techno and shooters). The beach storm on Normandy does look quite impressive, I must say.

You are wrong. HEHE joke
I think Win2k is still the best version of Windows out there.

With MOH though, i close my eyes on American ideals in it just because it's such a great game :)

What graphics cards are ya'll using?

I have a Rage 128 AGP. Quite old, but it runs quake 3 well enough, but chokes on MOH.

I'm considering investing in a Radeon or GeForce3. Curious if anyone has those cards and how they run.

Same thing. Q3A - fine, MOH - die
Of course there is a huge amount of detail in MOH comparing with Q3 (terrain, buildings, models, effects).
Do you also experience something like i do? It's hard to explain but when i look at something very detailed, my mouse sensitivity rises. So if i moved my view around and it hit a building, the view would move faster while at building

I suspect this is some kind of compensation to up framerate but in firefights it is KILLER!

I have to admit right now...in terms of first person shooters its the best one out there.....made me stop playing Counterstrike and Unreal Tourney

Single player just sucks you right in, and the multiplayer with the new patch is sweet. My only gripe is it needs more multiplayer levels damn it !!!
