Hey this isn't bad. I can't say much about the face because it is in a rather accurate japanese cartooning style. However her dress... now... hehe the texture just reminds me of a pumkin or something. Take a look at some realistic renderings of clothing or look at some historic costumes for that stuff. Drawing wrinkles is hard, I'm still learning myself... but even though it's a cartoon the more life drawing and photo referencing you do the more you'll learn, and thus the better your cartoons will look etc etc blah blah yeah.

It's definitely a good anime picture, but the coloring job looks like ass, mostly because of the jaggy inks.

Yeah, definitly haveing alias problems... I think it was in the amount of times I changed formats and..shtuff.

It's amazing how difficult I find anime work to be....perhaps me being learning realism has something to do with my inability to create cartoons.

Heh, yeah sometimes it can be difficult to swap back and forth between the two.
