Hello hoving!

Try ACDsee, they have a trial/adware-version of it, I use it for browsing images or converting them.

Do you have PS?
If so, you can record the action once and then automate the entire process....
Can't remember how exactly, but it's possible

ACDsee is fun and quick. Photoshop does has the Automate Batch thing and there's also Debabelizer you could use.

The batch in Photoshop isn't too hard to get but if you (or anyone for that matter) needs a quick explanation just cheer)

i know you can do actions in painter but i didnt know about photoshop... But even if you could record action in photoshop how would you tell photoshop to open the next picture automatically ?? You get my point i think but the time you open the pic and save it again comes to the same thing as opneing it and clicking a button to save as a bmp...

or i mgiht just be talking jibberish.. blah im tired...

Download the demo of Thumbsplus, it will do batch conversions and when you are finished its simply an awesome program to have on your system at all times.
