Hey, haven't visited here for a while. Part of the reason is that my Wacom is broken, or seems to be. I think I need an authentic Wacom Power supply, probably lost mine while moving, but I don't know where to get one. Can someone tell me where I can get one, and hopefully, that's the only problem I have. Thanks in advance! |

I have to say, I'm a bit confused by your question too.
Can you be more specific?
And yes, try Wacom.com for any replacement parts. Once you find out the problem, I know you can order just about any Wacom product/parts from CompUSA.

CompUSA has horrible service though. I bought a pack of CompUSA CDRs that explicitly said 700 meg, 24x. I put one in my burner and tried to burn a CD, and couldn't get it above 12x. Looked it the properties and it turns out my CDs are 12x 650 meg CDs. So I go back to return them and the idiots told me that since I had opened the package, they could not return them. I asked them how else I could have found out that they were the wrong CDs and they just stared at me blankly. The bastards.

At least I think the problem is the power supply. It stopped working when I lost my Wacom power supply and used another 12v supply. Probably inverse polarity on the jacks of the wacom. I'll go to CompUSA soon then if they can get me the parts. I haven't seen any replacement parts being sold through Wacom.com. Thanks alot! |
