You can't fight it. the 500 will soon consume all your spare time. (where) are you gonna be storing the skethes for viewing?
The bird would look nicer with varying linewidth and less shaky contours. And maybe wearing feathers, not leather ;)

I have to say I get a lot of inspiration from this site. I don't think I have the ambition to try the 500 drawings project, but I have started my own little project called "Doodle O' The Day". Every morning I spend 15-30 minutes on a sketch in photoshop, then I email it to a few friends. They enjoy seeing them, and it forces me to draw at least something every day. THis is a good thing.
Today's sketch was a little bird that was inspired by Gecko's sketchbook scans. Quite often if my creative juices seem to run dry a quick scan through this website invigorates my desire to be creative.

Yeah, I just switched to 20M.com to try them out, but I guess they don't allow remote linking. Have to try elsewhere. |
