A few things
I dont color so much as I do draw so I'm going to comment more on the drawing here.
First - the sketching of the whole thing looks great until my eyes hit the building on the left with the perfect squares for windows. Does'nt seem to work with the rest of the image. Its TOO crisp you know?
Second - I feel this image could be a lot smaller... it would still look great if you tooj this bad boy to almost half its size.
I like what you've done.

That is very nice Icannon! Haven't seen you post in months! (or maybe I haven't payed enough attention..)
It's a nice piece, I really like the headlights on the car, and I find it funny seeing that chicken farm right on the edge of nothing... hehe... why would the chickens cross the road? =))
nice work! |

You know if you get down to it you could be picky like visionary but why??? I mean this is a finished piece and to look at it I would say it's an appealing work of art. I like how you paint a not so bleak future very nice twist Icannon!!! |

Not so bleak? look at that poor chicken! it's gonna get it's tail knocked off by that fastly approaching hover vehicle! Poor, poor chicken...
Nice perspective in the drawing. Good use of the single vanishing point. Also very nice use of atmospheric perspective, fogging more and more as it gets into the distance. I do see a couple of things that seem a wee lil bit off, (the curve of the windows on the top right curve too fast) but ya know something? who cares, overall it's a very well done piece. Good work.

i think the pict is cool but i would alter two things. the building on the right with the surrounding circular neon lights kinda clashes and takes your eye away from the vehicle (which seems to hold the eye the most). and the road lamps on the side dont seem to be projecting as much light as you would expect them to...i only see a faint reflection on the poor stray chicken. if you dont save that chicken im going to call green peace!!! |

visionary- thx, i agree with the windows. i knew i had to do something with them, just wasnt sure what. i'm still not sure what
Kool, Milkman, Freenpeach- thx dudes.
Frost- thankya! you havn't seen me post in months because of my little-to-none work ethic. i need pictures for a college portfolio, so expect to see some more out of me real soon :]
Totally- thx, and i'm not suprised you see wrongness in the window. i tried to eyeball it. shouldn't have.
mellowsmoothe- thx.. and those would be my two biggest critiques as well. the neon (perhaps the whole building, ya) throws your eye off track, but i decided to stick with it. street lamps i cant explain, haha..
faustgfx- sure has. thx for.. replying. great job on that new interface of yours. i would have commented in your thread, but it had grown too hefty too quickly ;]
