Crit:

The mouth is a bit low (compared to the nose)
The face appears swollen
The overall face appears more man-like compared to the obviously female body
Even with the shading the right boob (its left) appears disporportionate to the left (its right)
There is cool potential for drama with the shadows

Well the airbrush can be a tough tool to master, you might want to start with the paintbrush

if you want to do realism you have to learn to build up to it, what the components are, so if you could draw it would be like drawing on the computer
