I drew this, trying to be very loose with it and not realy caring to much how it turned out. It made it fun that way. Ya, never new the inhabitance of ancient central America had this technology did ya?

cool beans and kidney beans.

Yes, it's true, they had jet pack technology. In fact it was thier invention on the internet that eventually brought about thier mysterious ending. Nice drawing, Jason.

Thanks Peaches.
Hmmm simpathy posts? Ill take em how ever I can get em. This post got all the way to the bottom with not a single coment. Not even a "rock on dude", not even a "sweet pic!" I didnt even get a "thats the biggest pile of Crap ive ever seen!" Yaba daba boo hoo.
Yet, on the other hand some post with some art of some cut and paist picture of some girl in her living room gets 30 some odd votes. Life just is not fair. Back to the drawing board I guess.

Hay Peaches. I was wondering if you might email me some pointers on working in photoshop. Im going to give this marker stuff a rest for a bit and try some digital color stuff. WOuld you mind posting a short tutorial on how you go about laying down your work? Like how do you get that cool painting look? I see transparent brush strokes some times.

-edit Im realy just havin fun with ya yal.. I dont take this to seariously. I think its kind of funny that that ivey chick gets so much fan mail. posts equal popularity votes right? hehehe. Ya no presure or any thing. Im just addicted to this forum and so, my whole identaty lies upon the perseption of all those in this forum. Im not kidding. A am addicted. I keep a window open on my computer just waiting for the next fix. I like the usual, Craig mullins, That sears guy. you know. the regular.

Nice work Jason! I really like the layout of the pic. It is sad this didn't get more response.
His feet look a bit deformed in some places.

Just remember how young most of the members on this board are. That would be your answer to why a girl in a livingroom gets 30+ replies

Keep up it!

Interesting style. I dig.
What motivated you to draw what you did?

Jason this one looks kind sloppy in a lot of areas..take your time and keep your line work tight...some of the spots on the pic have a lot of improper use of line weight . Use heavy lines to break up areas. Try to keep it consistant throught the pic. Try using more markers in grey scale to give better value to your shadow areas..it will help give the character weight.

PS I did'nt appreciate your comment in the moro post If I didnt like her work I would not have told her about the forum. I hate whn people don't read between the lines!!!

Lately they have come from the Book of Mormon. Its got some great story lines and characters that I am building off of. Of couse there are no jetpacks in it or flying ships but it does take place in Central america. Im just imbelishing some.
