Hmm...I can't see any change at all...probably should have put this one in the same thread as the others you made...then we could have seen some sort of progression...and saved space on the forum...
cause whatever change you did is too minor...

nice. but i liked the one with the small smilies more... the blown up smilies dont look that relastic to me.
dont know how you do this pics... but great idea.

think the smiley faces could use some depth, make them look like real little round balls like in real pills, render them to be a little more 3d, and a bit more random, maybe a bit smaller. cool idea though, reminds me of an illustration i did a while back:
