I'm not sure exactly where the hell he is. I was thinking an aircraft hanger, but then there's no aircraft, so use your imagination

The character design and rendering is very good !
The only thing that kinda bugs me is how much your backround is blurred...its hurting my delicate eyes !!

hehe, good job man !

I think he missed the flight. "Um, guys? Guys? Hello?"

Great as usual, esp the detail in the armor. Perspective for the far wall (at top) might be a little wonky. But I can't really tell now because I'm looking through the little one inch response window.

And Skeez, go check out my post and tell me what you think! That goes for the rest of you, too.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Maybe Craig will do a repaint and show me what I did wrong with the lighting

I'm practicing realistic lighting but it's slow going. If anyone has any rules of thumbs, that would be most helpful.

Here's a rule of thumb!
Watch me and learn from me.

If that is not good enough than...Try this...Try making something like this in Max..Its simple objects so it shouldnt be to hard. Then try and lite it the same way. You may learn something from it, you may not. Just a thought.

And I also liked it better when the backgroumd was less blurry. I dont think your that far away from it. Besides you were putting to much time and good detail in it earler to blurr it out so much.

Blitz...You know more than me, what could I posably help you with

Skeezer, fix the perspective and I will do something over it.

But i think that if you fix that, the lighting will bother you a lot less.

drawing first, values second, color third.

Very good suggestion, Blitz.

Yes, don't blur it out so much. Makes it look like bad photography. Lack of depth of field ofthen happens with model shots or where there was not enough light to open the aperture and get enough depth of field.

Immeadiately reminded me of the showdown hall in Ghost in the Shell.
Looks good. Everything important has been said.
Nice mood, but I'd like some more colour.
