I don't know if or when I will find the time to finish this one, so I think it's time to show what's done so far....

I started it for the gasmask thread:

Hehe, like the groundhog idea. In fact i have no idea what i was thinking by painting it.

This is, what I have done today, just some adjustments here and there. I will let it be now and rather start a new one.

Hey Pickman,
great work again. I like the desolate, scary mood.
Just one thing. When I look at the first one, I can't help but thinking: "Groundhogs!"
Maybe it's the direct combination of the left front guy ducking and the right front guy standing in such a stiff and attentive manner, I don't know. But it makes the bunch look rather funny than threatening.
Hands are scary, though, and as said, the scene itself holds something spooky...

Good job, truly nightmarish. I was wondering if you could try giving it even more shadow and contrast to make the lighting even more spectacular. Also, the background may need some detailing? My 2 c's.. Again, well done!

@allfiction: I tried to work on it a bit further but then decided to leave it this way, even if some parts of it doesn't seem to be finished. i do not want to spoil the sketchy feeling...

Thanx for the comments anyway
