Reminds me a bit of gollum from L. of the rings. Don't know if you've read it.

I'm guessing it's on canvas?

Anywho, I like it, must have been very spur of the moment to turn of so distinct.

Looks pretty loose...i like it.

One critique tho, that right hand couldve been thought out alittle more. The pose is difficult and it looks more like a mangled hand than an actual hand. Here:
