Has anyone explored the value of dedicating a 2 or 3 GB drive to Photoshop for Scratch Disk use? When I worked at Chaos! Comics it seemed that everyone in the Art Department had at least a 4GB drive set aside just for scratch space. Granted they work on nothing but Print material, so resolutions have to be higher, but is there a nice step up in speed when not using the same drive photoshop and windows reside in?
