So I just started fleshing out this pic. I want to put a lightsource in the foreground that would light up the spear guy from either the left or right, but I'm not entirely sure what to use.
I don't really want to use a fire, but nothing else seems appropriate. Maybe some sort of creature that emits light? If I do that, it'd be off to the right and light him from his back, I think. I'd also put another one on the tree off to the upper left. hm...
Any ideas? This piece has really barely started, so I'm open to completely reworking it. Paintovers and C&C are always MORE than welcome!
Also, realize that I shrunk it b/c it didn't hurt the resolution (since there aren't any details yet) and it's easier to see the picture as a whole this way.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Walkaer,
You said you weren't sure about the lighting so I gave you a possible option. I cast the light up towards the cliffside and upon the man, giving it more of a dramatic effect.
The pose is just an extra one should you want to try something different. The one you have is good.
Hope this helps.
