Hey this is my third digital picture, I am finally starting to get the hang of digital painting. this is also the first time i actually got semi ok hair. Please give me your comments, I would love to learn from you guys. As you can see its still rough in areas. I am still deciding on background. c&C peease

very nice painting job, try to keep things symmetrical, some of the bits are getting a little crooked.

You definitely got a hang on the rendering (shades, colours). Even if it's a piece of cake to change forms in a digital painting, it sure is easier to have them correct before doing the ultrasmooth shading.
I had this problem where the more details (precision) I added, the more errors would pop up. So I don't (and besides, I find it nicer to see the brush strokes.... or I'm just lazy) |

A crap thanks guys I didn't even realize that. I guess I will just repaint the nose, that will be a good hour...Yeah i guess I should make sure things are good before I get super detailed.  |
