This was, as you might imagine, done in Paintchat. I think it turned out well (and really unexpectedly so).

I'm thinking of finishing it up in photoshop.

Are the values ok? Are the facial anatomy/proportions good? How's the composition? Did I forget about any of the 4 edges? Please let me know what you think. I'll keep you posted.

That looks pretty nice! Hmmm... Maybe the helmet could be a little bit larger?

And the ear on the left side looks a little bit like a cylinder coming out of his head. Other than that I think its cool!

Haha, sweet. What are the 4 edges? BTW, Novacaptain, did you find any use for that SnagIt-prog I suggested?

too tell you the truth about the 4 edges i dont see any firm or hard edges. All i see is a Soft edge. Posiblely a Lost edge but hard to tell....
