Greetings!

I've been browsing the history of this forum for a couple of days now. The community alone is impressive! I'm extremely fortunate to come across such a community with so much talent!

Recently I bought a domain/webhosing services in order to create a personal site about myself and later on branch out with subdomains containing information about various subjects. I'm looking for people to overview my layout and comment/suggest to me what I should do to improve what I currently have finished. Any help would be appreciated!

Also I'm looking for a moscot for my domain. If you have some spare time and willing to have some fun, I'd most greatly appreciate it! The moscot would be the following: A Fatman, cartoonish, standing face-wards standing up. Size: 130x186 . This should be quite easy considering the artwork I've seen througout this board!

It's always dejecting to be ignored on a forum, but in this case it's not terribly beneficial to post here -- just keep working on your site and enjoy the process. That's sort of the theme for artwork here, too.

My two cents: Your site needs content, especially if you're plugging it. The design you've got is fine, but it's hard to argue any flaw in anything if it's just a cover page. The key to any website is navigation -- once you've got that, and some content to link to, you'll have a better idea.

I'd work on the back end of the site for now. Decide which pictures you're putting up and square them off, clean them and know how you're going to access them. Then worry about a main page.

Also, if you keep this thread going, take a snapshot of your site and post it, so that viewers can see it without going that extra click.

Thank-you guys, yes its small, but its just a *personal* site, list things about me etc. Then I'll branch out from that.

Also, can anyone help me out with the cartoon request?
