I have problems with the nose and the eyes.
Maybe someone can do a overpaint?

i must say it's a bad choice of perspective for the first piece. here's a (really) quick paintover just to show you the general idea how it works:


you should try to find a book on anatomy, there's loomis' book online somewhere. also, i'd suggest you to try with something more basic than human face.

anyway, just my 2 cents.
