This is my first attempt at drawing something with vectors. They're hard to get used to, but you can get some really wonderful line variation.
So, comments, critiques? Feel free to tear it apart. |

I rather like it! I think you need to experiment with line weight more in the outline of the figure. It is too uniform with now. The same goes for the lantern, the outline is way too harsh. Also the line for the rope is just an eyesore, you should add some more variation to it too to perhaps imply depth a bit. And she needs toesies! Still, good work, I don't think you need to colour it at all it works wonderful in black and white the way it is, but if you did decide to colour it then a water colour sort of feel might be appropriate. |

Dude! Yes! Awesome!
I really like the simplicity of it. Very confident and very well proportioned -- and having just been turned onto Alfonse Mucha's artwork (thanks again, kahboom!), I'd love to color it a bit, mess with it just for personal satisfaction.
Edited below -- just yell at me if you want it taken down.
Dunno where I was going with it, actually...
But sweet work.
