Looks real good, although the hands looks kinda strange and the big toe is abit fat too. Otherwise it's just smashing...baby.

the thumb on his right hand is too small, and way too short.

The right muscle on his chest (how do you call them in english??) breastmuscle? looks flat and to large, I guess it would be better, if you saw his breastbone.

Toe looks ok to me. (I like anime proportions myself) Make that thumb a little bigger and you've nailed it!
