Here's some character ideas I was working on, using water colours. I think you can see I was getting inspiration from Jim Henson.

Hey Samson, good work so far. For what you're doing, you might consider trying laying down a nice wash of colors in various shapes, and see what pops out at you. Sketch over the water colors, and don't worry about the lines of colors, etc, just keep it loose. You might surprise yourself with how attractive your designs become! Keep plugin away! |

Nice work, it makes me want to start a sketchbook too. The second page reminds me of Andrew Oblong's work, which is good, because not many people dares to draw like that anymore. |
