Well I was working on this pic.. N yeh.. it turned out far worse than I had hoped and I havent been able to get it looking any better!@#$! So some input would rock!#$

lol, you're really productive in the last time...
first pic is interesting, and the colors are great! it looks cool as it is, and i don't have any tips for you, just maybe try to define some very small parts, i.e at the bottom of the pic (just some definements with the orange.). hmm... 
yeah and the girl is... simply cool!!

I dont think there is anything wrong with it really. Looks a lot like how a night/city scape would appear after breaking the surface of the water after a quick dive in the bay. Eyes full of water.
