Okay since we've got off to such a great start with the recent flood of 3D 'artists' coming over I thought I'd just try and show you that we are human and most of us are actually are artistic and don't go around modelling whatever we can just "to get the feel of the software" as is often the excuse for crap 3D work.
Hope you like these - afraid it's my style which means most people won't like 'em but hell - stuff from my travels (yes I'm only 18 but I've seen the world - India, Uganda, Peru, All of Europe - bar Eastern Block oh and most importantly PERU!!!)
What follows are a picture of wooden carving of a smug street seller, a picture of an Indian worker (the face fukked up so the face vanished...) and finally a Brazilian Tapir that both scared the shit out of me and enthralled like nothing else when it swam grunting and growning towards my canoe when i was paddling in an Amazonian lake... Scary stuff!
and the tapir...

I think we can all appreciate the gesture.
You have a cool style, actually. Very sketchy and rather dark - but still humorous. Heheh, he looks like one of those chubby, ugly little dogs that yip all the time.
