Okay... um... new tec, two sodas, three soundtracks (gladiator truman show and, uh... xmen) and 2 tries later I came up with this. This is my afternoon's excuse for putting off my homework, yes and um....
feel free to crit. My other stuff looked like this, but I've started to pull away from the, um... super blurry smudge tool aspect they had. Oh my yes.
hmmm... whelps, looks like it's done uploading.
I think the waterfall be a bit to high in relation to the trees and such.... kindof went crazy with the misting and so.. here be a link.

Well, like you said, the waterfall is a bit too high. You should also try to define the edges of the cliff a bit. In places, it looks as if the trees are farther out than the ledge. Just get creative with some shadow. You can't have depth without shadow. |
