Well since my last post i have been doing alot of testing stuff with different brush shapes and colorz etc. This is a picture i have been working on for a good 4 hours now and im kinda stumpped as to where i should go from here, the eye needs some work, but after that i don't know..I used some picture from this message board of someones girlfriend for lighting ref. can't remeber who it was, but thanks...crits, comments, suggestions are welcome and needed, thanks!also what do you guys think about the hair? took me like an hour to figure out how to do that.

Ok first of all.. your shading and tones are good... I have no complaints there...
but.....
your anatomy needs work
