Well I haven't had enough time to just sit down and give my wacom a wacking for a original painting. However I felt I needed to post something....

First off I"m NOT THE ARTISTS OF THE INK DRAWING....and I left his/her sig were it was....nice lineart btw.

Anyhow.....

....I was look for any suggestions toward the texturing, don't see any? That's the point....does anyone have any suggestion on how I should add difference between the flesh and his clothing. Any crits on lighting or colours are welcomed. I've only spent like 3mins on this so far, and I don't really like comics....so.......

mod: Damn jpg format killed the colours

The only suggestion I can give is, to not use dodge like you are. Try shading with colors, it looks much better. Yeah you definately need more color variation.

I used the paintbrush set to screen for highlights not the dodge/burn tool, but you're right on the fact that I need more colour variation. Question, do you have sugggestions for adding a distinctive texture to o' Wolvie's pads? Also is there any way to stop the jpg format from killing your colors when compressed?
