This is a new painting I made. Its not finished yet. I plan to add more texture detail to the face and maybe a little more shading. Its mostly finished. I like it. Crits/comments welcome..

Hmm.. well realism as in photorealistic or standard realism no. It is designed just to be pleasing to the eye and to the fantasy side of the mind.

I tried adding more textures and it didn't really increase the interesting factor enough to matter so I guess its finished. The only thing I really dont like about it is some of the forms are a little too scratchy but not sure if I'll change it or not.
