Its a sketch that took me about 20-30 min,and when u crit I want you to look at the muscles and tell me if they look right.

Ummmmm. Don't even worry about the muscles yet. The proportions are way off. Upper arm and lower arm should normally be same length; thigh and shin should be same length as one another; and the legs should be longer than the arms. That's to start. Buy an anatomy for artists book, or check on out at the library, or even a figure drawing book. They help tons. I'm rather used to anatomy, and I just got one, well actually a book on figure drawing, from the library today to brush up on it, since I got lazy on drawing for a long time.

Sorry, dude, but I'm gonna agree about the anatomy. Muscles seemed correct enough otherwise (the 'lumps' look right).
In any case, i was inspired to sketch this vaguely ninja-like figure on steps like in your pic. Dunno if I'd develop it into a full picture, but if you like it, feel free to go ahead.
