i dunno about the details of this program, i never heard about it, but i checked out the website, and it looks like a pretty decent prog. besides, its free so what have you got to loose? i say go for it
ps. its always the artist, not the tools that make good art

cleaner: that was the ONLY reason why I did get into the digital realm. One afternoon with guache and Loki looked like a bloody carcrash that involved a truck transporting paint in large quantities ... I basically had to shower afterwards ... |

Yup, ruined some good clothes just by using traditional materials. Still they are fun in many ways. |

I don't think I own a single piece of clothing without permanet ink or paint spots.
The only things I can wear to festive occasions are my black suits, since I mostly draw with black ink. Practical that way, isn't it?
I still don't think I will be going fully digital anytime soon. I just love my brush to much for that.
About pixia: Nope, haven't heard of it. But browsing through the user galleries I think I spotted quite a few reoccuring short-comings. Now these may be user short-comings, not software ones, but all in all I came out a bit sceptical. But, as noted earlier, it's the artist, not the tools, that make good art.
And it's free. |
