Yo...i was wondering the best way to fix the muscles into your mind? Ive just been checkin out the muscle diagrams in the Loomis books and copy them out a couple times with some life drawing to go with it. Should i just do that and think about them while life drawing? What method do u guys use? |

Just read what Loomis says about it... I'm sure he would give some sort of practiacl advice in the book.
Other than that, don;t get too caught up in every detail... get the major things first.
