Hi everyone,

Umm.. this is CornPop's girlfriend. I have a really basic and likely silly question. I was wondering if I were to make something in Flash 5.0 in a Windows environment, would I be able to open and edit that file on a Mac? I was under the impression that most (if not all) Macromedia products were cross-platform compatible, but for some reaseon I had problems doing this. I couldn't edit my file when I tried to open it on a Mac. I could only view it in the Flash Player. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry if this isn't exactly a digital art question, but I'm hoping that it is close enough to not have this thread closed. Thanks very much in advance for any information you could provide...

Thanks,
Amanda

Flash 5.0 is cross platform, you can edit your windows files on a mac.

Hope it helps...

PS If you have questions or need examples... or just need to look for stuff on flash check out..
