Does anyone know anygood artists(ccg, conceptual, etc.) that use acrylics rather than oils? Does Paolo Parente use acrylics? Don't know where else to post.
Thanx for any suggestion, Logan |

Peter Ellenshaw, former matte painter extraordinaire. See if you can find his book Hidden Garden sitting on a shelf. Some of his paintings... yikes.
Doug is good, as is Michael. Ralph McQuarrie used cel vinyl (cartoon color for you animation fans out there) for a lot of his work, rather similar. Also check out Erik Tiemens. Even though he uses gouache, it is a form of gouache that has some more acrylic properties to it than regular gouache, made by Holbein and called Acryla I believe. |
