hi. im mosquito. im new here. to these boards. ive been drawing for a long time... with a pencil at least. and i see all these beatiful digital art pieces all over this forum. i wanted to know exactly how is it that one would get to that stage of such great art from a sketch. i have many sketches and i want to know how to make them look as good as you guys get them. i have photoshop 6... :/ hope you guys can help me.

hi. i'm fgfx. i've been here since late 1999, and i am the most hated man of the whole forum. i also soon have 4000 posts, so then i can go away.

oh, and as for the question.. well, i personally prefer this method of drawing stuff/thingies:

1. i start photoshop
2. i pick up wacom pen
3. i hit ctrl-n
4. i draw
5. i get done with it
6. i delete it

wait. so you have to draw the entire drawing by hand again just to get it on the computer??? is there any other way? i have a scanner, and most of these are on my computer all ready, i just want to make them look cool and proffesional like all the other pictures i see in this forum.
