Dear Friends,
I am Portuguese and I live in Portugal.
Can anyone help me... how to do this steps ?
I put here 3 images (steps) but they are not my. I didn’t do it. It’s was made by one guy that uses the Painter to do is images.
The question here is how to do the same thing, but in PhotoShop. With tools have we to use to do this steps?

Use the default paint brush, then either smear or blur or airbrush it smooth. A pressure sensitive tablet helps. |
