Hi folks - some of you may remember a brief discussion that ran a while back over the paint app Satori FilmFX 64.
I've finally managed to get my site up and running, where all the images have been created using Satori alone. Please drop in, and tell me what you think.
a good weekend to all,

Hey - your boards are very cool. I love the defined style you have. The images look very hmmm 'well rounded' in lack of a different term.
How do you like working with Satori? How does it compare to PS? Do you use the Demo version or the full one?
Thanks |

Loki, many thanks for such a positive reaction, particularly from someone with such a wonderful imagination and ability as yourself.
I've used Satori for almost 2 years now, and it's a rare thing I ever fire up Painter or PS at all, as Satori is just so incredibly fast and responsive. Bitmap technology has such a stranglehold on the market, it's initially quite hard to believe there is another way; once you get past Satori's unorthodox GUI and into the freedom of resolution independence, the experience is pretty liberating.
I do use the full version of Satori (FilmFX 64), but a pretty good idea of it's capabilities can be determined by downloading the stripped-down PhotoFX 2.29 version which is available as freeware from Spaceward's site.
best wishes
