quark is kinda tricky at first if your used to using illustrator...anyway the boxes there should be panel on the left or its floating somewhere else...well theres the picture box and the type in box...bah im no good at explaining these things....well any way the picture box has an x on it just click and drag the size you desire...from there you go to file(or is it edit) and get picture....
do you have the latest version of quark? cuz if you dont and you want an image in quark you need to convert the picture into eps....personally i dont like using quark....i hear good things about adobe indesign, my friends tell me its illustrator and quark rolled into one.....

I have Quark v 4.1 (real new). I know the Photoshop pretty well. But I am having difficulty sizing PS images (@300dpi) into Quark (??@72dpi). In other words, the columns and picture boxes never seem to match up well and I have the Modify the picture boxes in Quark which messes with the actual image size from PS.... (blah..blah..blah)
Quark also seems to lock up on my machine... not sure why...
Thanks for the help !
